The service

We let you purchase prepaid mobile top-ups, data bundles and calling plans for supported operators. Availability and pricing are provided by our top-up network and may change.

Orders & delivery

You are responsible for entering the correct number and operator. Most top-ups are delivered within seconds; you can track status in your account.

Pricing & fees

The total price, including any service fee, is shown before you pay. Payment is taken in the currency displayed at checkout.

Refunds

If a top-up fails to deliver, the value is not charged or is refunded. Successfully delivered top-ups are generally non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for fraud, money laundering or any unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited.
